With more than 1,700 staff and 240 physicians, residents and clerks, Providence Care is committed to high quality care. Providence Care is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors and sponsored by the Catholic Health Corporation of Ontario.
As a member of the Council of Academic Hospitals in Ontario, Providence Care is a major centre for health education and research. The organization is affliated closely with Queen’s University, St. Lawrence College and other post-secondary insitutions.
